KONUX has the mission to transform railway operations for a sustainable future, bringing next-generation predictive maintenance, network usage and traffic operations solutions to railway infrastructure management.
In the role of a Senior UX Designer, I led UX/UI work within the company. A recent milestone was a complete re-design of the web based UI, moving away from „showing data“ towards delivering insights in a meaningful, user centered way considering user research across multiple countries.

In a nutshell

Led the UX (Re-)Design for the main predictive maintenance product and many of its main features
Helped ideating, prototyping and validating multiple new product ideas broadening the product portfolio
Fostered user-centric approaches and design thinking methodology within the organization.
Helped introducing an overall design language and design system to maximize efficiency in design and implementation.
